We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital e-books and programs. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

What’s Covered

  • Digital e-books that don’t meet your expectations
  • Programs that don’t match the description
  • Technical issues preventing access to your purchase
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

What’s Not Covered

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase date
  • Products where significant content has been consumed (more than 50% accessed)
  • Personalized or custom-made meal plans (once delivered)
  • Products purchased during special promotions marked as “non-refundable”
  • Requests from users with a pattern of excessive refund requests

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshots if experiencing technical issues

Step 2: Review Process
We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days. We may ask:

  • How much of the content you’ve accessed
  • What specific issues you encountered
  • Your feedback to help us improve

Step 3: Refund Approval
Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Access After Refund Request

Once a refund is requested and approved:

  • Your access to the digital content will be revoked
  • Downloaded materials should be deleted per our Terms of Service
  • You will no longer receive updates or support for the product

Refund Methods and Timeline

Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • Full purchase price of the digital product

Note: There are no shipping costs for digital products.

Processing Time

  • Refund Approved: Within 1-2 business days of request
  • Refund Issued: Within 3-5 business days of approval
  • Credit to Your Account: 5-10 business days after refund is issued, depending on your financial institution

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • You’ve accessed more than 50% of the content
  • The refund request is made between 30-45 days after purchase (at our discretion)
  • You’re requesting a refund on a bundle but want to keep some items

Upgrading or Changing Products

If you want to upgrade to a more comprehensive program or switch to a different e-book:

  1. Contact us at info@meplate.com.com with your request
  2. We’ll apply the original purchase price as a credit toward the new product (if within 30 days)
  3. Pay only the difference for the upgrade

Note: Credits can only be applied once and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Technical Issues or Access Problems

We want you to have immediate access to your purchase. If you experience technical difficulties:

  • Description of the technical issue

Resolution Options

We’ll resolve technical issues by:

  1. Immediate Troubleshooting: Our team will help resolve access issues within 24 hours
  2. Alternative Format: Provide the content in a different compatible format
  3. Full Refund: If we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours

For technical issues, we’ll work to resolve the problem first before processing any refund.

Wrong Product Delivered

If we sent you access to the wrong digital product:

  • Contact us immediately at info@meplate.com
  • We’ll provide access to the correct e-book or program immediately
  • You’ll keep access to both products as our apology for the error
  • Full refund if the correct product is not what you intended to purchase

Subscription Orders

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your online account settings
  • Email to info@meplate.com

Important: Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged.

Subscription Refunds

  • Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund past charges
  • The most recent month’s subscription can be refunded if you cancel within 7 days of being charged and haven’t accessed the new content
  • Unused portions of annual prepaid subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis (minus any months where content was accessed)

Special Circumstances

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards and store credit
  • E-books or programs where more than 50% of content has been accessed
  • Personalized meal plans or coaching sessions (once delivered/conducted)
  • Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
  • Promotional or free bonus content
  • Content purchased more than 30 days ago (except at our discretion)

Bundles and Packages

For bundled digital products:

  • Entire bundle must be requested for refund to receive the full bundle price back
  • Individual items from bundles cannot be refunded separately
  • Bundle discount will be deducted if you’ve already accessed content from multiple items
  • If you haven’t accessed any content, full bundle refund is available

Download and Access Issues

Accessing Your Purchase

After purchase, you should receive:

  • Immediate email with download links or access instructions
  • Account access to your library of purchased content
  • Links that remain active for unlimited downloads

If You Cannot Access Your Purchase:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email
  2. Verify you’re logged into the correct account
  3. Try a different browser or device
  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies

We’ll resolve access issues within 24 hours or provide an immediate refund.

Lost Download Links

If you’ve lost your download link or confirmation email:

  • We’ll resend access links immediately at no charge

Fraudulent Refunds and Abuse Prevention

To maintain fair pricing and protect against fraud, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse refunds from customers with excessive refund rates (more than 3 refunds in 6 months)
  • Ban accounts that repeatedly purchase, access content, then request refunds
  • Deny refunds when content has been fully downloaded/accessed and saved
  • Verify purchase and access history before processing refunds
  • Report suspected fraud to payment processors and authorities

Digital Piracy: Requesting refunds after downloading and saving content violates our Terms of Service and may result in account termination and legal action.

International Purchases

Digital Product Access

All digital products are available worldwide with instant access upon purchase.

Currency and Pricing

  • Prices displayed in USD
  • Your credit card company may charge currency conversion fees
  • Final charge may vary slightly due to exchange rates
  • We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank

Refunds for International Purchases

Refunds for international purchases are processed in USD. Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences are the customer’s responsibility.
